The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature without prior notice.
Joyquarterscanvas holds a strict zero-tolerance policy towards abusive language, harassment, or cheating. If your account is found to be engaged in prohibited activities—such as utilizing automated scripts, bots, or harassing other players within community features—we reserve the right to permanently ban your account from the realm.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joyquarterscanvas Interactive Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through our Sanctuary Contact team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Helsinki, Finland.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Helsinki, Finland.
